The Patina Restaurant Group, aluxurious catering company, offers you the opportunity to work for one year in one of their establishments. Patina Restaurant Group counts more than 60 locations in restaurants and performing arts center across the United States.
At Walt Disney World®, on EPCOT park, the Italian Pavilion welcomes thousands of visitors each day that want to live the real Italian experience by having lunch or dinner in one of the Italian restaurants: the Napolitan Pizzeria (Via Napoli) or the traditional Italian restaurant (Tutto Italia). They can also taste and buy Italian wines at the Wine Cellar (Tutto Gusto).
Bring the Italian culture and traditions to Walt Disney World® byparticipating in the Cultural Representative Program with Patina and Disney International Programs to promote Italy with international guests for an entire year, all the while acquiring an extremely valuable professional experience.
THE CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM
To work in the United States, you will need a visa. Our agency will assist for the visa demand. The cultural representative program is giving you the opportunity to work in the USA while representing your country towards the international guests of Walt Disney World®.
This program is designed for Italian people willing to share their culture: Italian culinary traditions, touristic places, the Italian languages and dialects...
Our team will be assisting you with every step of the process, including the request of the cultural representative visa, Q1. A few weeks before your departure, you will have your visa appointment at the US Embassy in order to officially request your visa.
Conditions to participate:
Be at least 18 years old
Have Italian nationality
Speak English

We are recruiting all year long for the Cultural Representative Program for PATINA on Walt Disney World®. Many positions are available, don't hesitate to share with your friends!
IMPORTANT:
To be a cast member on Walt Disney World® and work with PATINA restaurants will be an incredible experience.
The policy of the company is to give the possibility to everyone to evolve during his program, this is why all candidates will initiate the program working at the kiosk with a rotation on different Food and Beverage positions. After a few months you will evolve and work at the restaurant as a restaurant host or as a server. This is not applicable for culinary positions. To apply for this program you must be flexible and accept to work on different Food and Beverage positions.

Your departure must be prepared with care, which is why we usually start the recruitment a few months in advance.
We are currently recruiting for departures between September and December 2025. If you are interested in the program, you can apply now!
Please note: the departure dates are indicative. They are likely to change according to the needs of the employer, your capacity to complete your file in due time, as well as your documents (you need to have a valid passport for example). We have departures all year round.
For information, the first step of our recruitment process is online, on Microsoft Teams. If your first interview goes well, you will be invited for a presentation of our program during half a day in Milan, at the beginning of April 2025. You will have a face-to-face interview with a recruiter from the Patina team the same day.
MY LIFE IN ORLANDO
You will register with Disney® in order to book your accommodation before your departure.
You will live in the Disney residence with roommates from all around the world. The residence is close to the park Walt Disney World® (near to all amenities: supermarket, bank...)
Your room will be shared with 1 other person. 4 people per apartment maximum. You will receive an email from DORMS (the Disney system that manages the apartments) approximately 6 to 8 weeks before your departure to indicate your accommodation preferences. The apartments will then be allocated according to availability.
The Disney® residence is fully furnished: internet, swimming pool, fitness room ( you will need to bring your linens).
Events are often organized by Disney® Housings, you will be able to participate for free.

Once you have been selected for the program, our team will be assisting you in every step of the process, until your departure to Orlando (visa appointment, medical insurance, travel...).

Travel
Our departures are grouped departures, which include our Travel Package: leave with peace of mind and travel with the other participants in the program!
The "Travel Package" International Services includes:
Your flight (booked with regular airlines only)
1 hotel night with breakfast (shared room with another participant of the program, non gender-mix)
