Patina Restaurant Group counts more than 60 locations in restaurants and performing arts center across the United States.
Being very successful with their restaurants on Walt Disney World® at EPCOT park, the Patina Group opened 3 restaurants to share Italian culture and tasteful cuisine to Disney Springs guests.
Maria & Enzo's is an elegant Italian trattoria set in a stylish airline terminal built in the 1930's where you can find authentic food inspired by Sicilian cuisine (pasta, fresh fish and rare italian wines).
Enzo's Hideway, located in a storied rum runner tunnel under Maria & Enzo's restaurant, is a speakeasy that pours Prohibition-era cocktails and serves hearty Roman-style dishes (handmade pasta, fresh fish, Salumi e Formaggi).
Pizza Ponte is the perfect place for a quick bite in the morning, afternoon or late night. Pizza Ponte will provide an assortment of house-baked sweet-and-savory Italian pastries and handmade sandwiches from sun up until sun down as well as Pizza al Taglio.

THE CULTURAL REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAM
To work in the United States, you will need a visa.
Our agency will assist you for the visa demand. The cultural representative program is giving you the opportunity to work in the USA while representing your country towards the international guests visiting one of the Italian restaurants at Disney Springs.
This program is designed for young Italian people willing to share their culture: Italian culinary traditions, touristic places, the Italian languages and dialects...
Our team will be assisting you with every step of the process, including the request of the cultural representative visa, Q1. A few weeks before your departure, you will have your visa appointment at the US Embassy in order to officially request your visa.
Conditions to participate:
Be at least 21 years old
Have the Italian nationality
Speak English
Be available for 12 to15 months

We are recruiting all year long for the Cultural Representative Program for Patina at Disney Springs. Many positions are available, don't hesitate to share with your friends!
IMPORTANT:
Working with Patina restaurants will be an incredible experience.
The policy of the company is to give everyone the possibility to evolve during this program. This is why all candidates will rotate on different Food and Beverage positions. After a few months, you will evolve and work at the restaurant as a restaurant host or as a server. This is not applicable for culinary positions. To apply for this program you must be flexible and accept to work on different Food and Beverage positions.
The next selection will be held depending on the evolution of the sanitary situation. The program is currently on hold.
MY LIFE IN ORLANDO

You will live in a fully equipped residence: internet, swimming pool, fitness room...
The rent will automatically be deducted from you salary.
From the residence you will have an easy access to different shopping centers, mall and bank. Transportation by bus is also provided by the employer to reach the Disney Springs restaurant you will be working in.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICES IS ASSISTING YOU FOR EVERY STEP
Since 1992, our agency has been recruiting and assisting the candidates in their international career.
Once you have been selected for the program, our team will be assisting you in every step in the process, until your departure to Orlando (visa appointment, medical insurance, travel...).
You will be able to follow-up your process in youronline profileand have a quick access to your file and the important documents.
What kind of budget should I prepare?
Program Assment Fee
The PAF is 200€ and should be paid to Patina Group. Payment wll be requested when you are selected and have a departure date. This fee is used to book your Housing.
US embassy Fee
You will need to book an appointment at the US embassy and will be ask to pay a US$190 fee. We remind you that the Q1 visa cost is supported by your employer,The PATINA Restaurant Group.
Travel Expenses
You will be responsible for the cost of your flight and local transportation to reach your new life in Orlando.

The "Travel Package" International Services includes:
