"Remy" is an extremely unique fine dining (gastronomic) restaurant, serving French-inspired gourmet cuisine. It boasts an exquisite, top-deck atmosphere with incredible ocean views and is a sophisticated new dining concept exclusively for adults on the Disney Dream & Disney Fantasy.


Two award-winning chefs created the menu - Chef Arnaud Lallement from l'Assiette Champenoise, a three Michelin stars restaurant just outside Reims, France, and Chef Scott Hunnel from award-winning Victoria & Albert's at Walt Disney World Resort. They collaborated to design a menu that melds classic and contemporary styles and that features superior products and seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world.

Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie candidates joining the ships this summer might be eligible for a hiring bonus of $1500.

To apply for a position at the Remy restaurant you must:


  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Speak English fluently
  • Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the position you are applying for (experience in a Michelin Star or gastronomic (fine dining) restaurant is a must).
