As Palo Server, you will be responsible of giving detailed menu description to guests, take orders and then set table properly for each course. You will also coordinate service and ensure accurate timing and delivery of food.

To qualify you must :
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum two years experience in the service industry in a fine dining restaurant.
- Knowledgeable of European cuisine and wine.
- Confidence in speaking with guest, giving menu spiel as well as food and beverage recommendations.
