Within an Italian-inspired décor, live music and spectacular sea views, the Head Wine Steward is part of making a unique experience for the guests.
As Head Wine Steward, you will be responsible for training the dining room and beverage team on wine service and product knowledge. You will also provide wine service and conduct all guest wine tasting and wine seminars. You will coordinate the beverage service with the Palo Restaurant Manager.

To qualify you must :
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum 3 years experience in wine and guest service related field.
- Certified Sommelier preferred.
- Solid knowledge of world wines.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to lead a small team of co-workers.
