They collaborated to design the Remy menu that melds classic and contemporary styles and that features superior products and seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world.
For Enchanté, on the Disney Wish, Arnaud Lallement chose to offer a French cuisine based on his most famous recipes as well as dishes created only for this restaurant.
