Seize the once in a lifetime opportunity to work in a Michelin level restaurant on board Disney Cruise Line

 

Remy & Enchanté are unique gastronomic restaurants, serving French-inspired gourmet cuisine. They boast an exquisite, top-deck atmosphere with incredible ocean views and is a sophisticated new dining concept exclusively for adults.

 

Two award-winning chefs created the menu - Chef Arnaud Lallement from l'Assiette Champenoise, a three Michelin stars restaurant just outside Reims, France, and Chef Scott Hunnel from award-winning Victoria & Albert's at Walt Disney World Resort. They collaborated to design the Remy menu that melds classic and contemporary styles and that features superior products and seasonal ingredients sourced from around the world. 

 

For Enchanté, on the Disney Wish, Arnaud Lallement chose to offer a French cuisine based on his most famous recipes as well as dishes created only for this restaurant.

To apply for a position at the Remy/Enchanté restaurant you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Speak an advanced level of English
  • Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the position you are applying for (experience in a Michelin Star or gastronomic (fine dining) restaurant is a must).
