The China Pavilion Operating Corporation operates the Candy Artists locations at the China Pavilion of Epcot®.
Conditions:
- 6 months contract
- Standard work week is 40 hours with 2 days off. Guaranteed 40 hours, but schedule can go up to over 50 hours and 1 days off based on business needs.
- Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr. Any hour over 40 per week will be paid with Over-time rate which is 1.5 times of normal hourly rate($30/hr)
- Two complimentary labor meals per shift
- Visa fee (Paid by employee)
- Medical Insurance provided by the employer (Paid by company)
- Housing provided by the employer (Paid by company)
- Refundable housing security deposit $300 is applied (Rules are applied)
- Transportation to work (Paid by company)
- Round trip flight ticket (Paid by company, rules are applied)
Job DESCRIPTION:
- Inside the China Pavilion of Epcot, you will work at House of Good Fortune Gift Shop during Disney Festival periods: Holiday Celebration, Festival of Arts, Garden and Flower Festival
- You will demonstrate and produce Chinese Candy art to our guests
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for the Q1 visa, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have Chinese nationality
To work as a Candy Artist on the China Pavilion:
- Have Chinese Folk Candy Art background and experience
- Be able to communicate in English
- Dedicated, passionate, hardworking with excellent customer service and guest engagement skills
