Food and Beverage Positions

The China Pavilion Operating Corporation operates the Food and Beverage locations at the China Pavilion of Epcot®. 

Conditions:

  • 12 months contract 
  • Your work schedule will average approximately 35-40 hours per week. Depending on business conditions, you may work above 40 hours a week, which is considered and paid as Overtime.
  • Overtime is 1.5 times the normal pay rate.
  • The pay rate for your Food & Beverage (F&B) non-tipped position is $16.00 per hour.
  • The pay rate for your F&B tipped position is from $10.00 per hour. (For bussing, running, and

    seating positions in Nine Dragons, our Table Service location, pay rates may vary.)

  • Visa Q1 of cultural representative provided by the employer 
  • Housing in one of the Disney residence provided (deducted from paycheck) 
  • Transportation by bus from work to your residence provided (deducted from paycheck) 

 

Job DESCRIPTION: 

Inside the China Pavilion of EPCOT, you may work at one of our locations:

 

  • The Nine Dragons Restaurant, a full-service gourmet Chinese restaurant featuring traditional Chinese cuisine with a twist
  • The Lotus Blossom Café, a counter-service restaurant that serves well-known American-Chinese dishes

 

                 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

To qualify for the Q1 visa, you need to: 

 

  • Be at least 18 years old 
  • Have Chinese nationality 

 

To work as in Food and Beverage on the China Pavilion: 

 

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (sales, tourism, animation...) 
  • Speak good English
  • Be available for 12 months
  • Dedicated, passionate and hard worker
